Who we are
Boy Child Care Kenya is a non-profit charity organization registered with the NGO Coordination Board. Established in 2008, it started by reaching out to a small neighbourhood and grew to a wide catchment area — specifically in Kinangop — and today has an impact across Kenya. The organization was approved for registration in 2015.
Our primary focus is boys and young men, and we strive to bring back the glory that was created in them by God, who made them in His own image. We pride ourselves on the impact achieved among boys and young men and their families, and we currently work with over 500 boys and young men in primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and in professional careers in different sectors across Kenya.
We operate in a situation of “unlimited needs against limited resources” — and, subject to the availability of resources, the impact can reach immeasurable levels.

Our mission
To create a suitable environment with place and space for Boys and Young Men’s growth and development to become responsible members in their respective communities, in line with Biblical teachings in Luke 2:52.
Why the program
- To restore hope and dignity in boys and young men.
- To position ourselves as a credible source of information for boys and young men, allowing them to make informed choices and decisions about their lives.
- To promote healthy growth and development through information sharing — abstaining from alcohol and substance abuse as well as delinquent behaviour.
- To prepare and connect boys and young men with opportunities that match their skills and knowledge levels, so they can better their lives.
- To raise boys and young men with an appealing character that shines on their peers and the world around them — role models.
Our leadership
Boy Child Care Kenya is led by its founders, who walk with the boys every day — in administration, sports, mentorship, welfare and education sponsorship.
